Pain - Bitter truth of life

I was trying to write about this story long time back. It was running in my mind since long time back; actually you can say it’s my imaginary child.

This story has started some where around mid of 80’s, where a cute girl has entered in hindu Brahmin family in central part of the United states. First I would like to introduce about the girl’s family.

The Dave family: By profession Mr. Dave was civil engineer and has completed his graduation from Gujarat University in 60’s, Mrs. Dave was ideal Indian house wife, who has supported her husband on every step of the life. Mr. Dave and his family has been migrated in early 70’s and settled down there with two sons.

Welcome of the youngest child in the Dave Family:

The couple had only one disappointment to not having daughter. Mr. Dave has decided to adopt one born girl child from the orphan house, Mr. Dave discussed the matter with his wife and she agreed, they came down to India and adopted a baby girl from the orphan. Mr & Mrs. Dave was so much happy having daughter, With love they have given her name Anjali. That small child was as much as cute compare to her name, but that couple didn’t know that god has written something else in Anjali’s life. Anjali’s older brother didn’t like this new entry in the family because he almost has crossed 20’s and also influenced his younger brother against the new child. But because of Mr. Dave both sons were not able to say any single word against their younger sister. As time passed both the little boys has accepted their sister but still they have not convinced their heart.

Birthday Celebration converted earthquake in Dave Family:

The Dave couple was so much happy to having daughter in their life and they were enjoying the little girl’s cute talks. At Anjali’s 4^th birthday couple has decided to celebrate it with grand party, because the girl came with happiness and joy in their life. Now she can walk, speak and fulfilling their life with so many joys, on her 3^rd birthday, her oldest brother got married and 2^nd youngest once engaged. Mr. Dave was also getting good contracts after they adopted Anjali. They moved to Chicago and set up the new construction firm there, oldest son already set with his dad and 2^nd youngest has also joined his dad business. There were so many reasons to celebrate. They have decided to throw a big bash party in down town of the Chicago. It was the time January 28^th evening; the entire family member went for restaurant where they have arranged the party, since last couple days there were heavy snow falling across the city, so they started early, after reaching half of the destination. Mr. & Mrs. Dave realized that they have forgotten their daughter’s gift at home. they asked to the oldest son to start arranging things at party place, Couple dropped their children to the venue, and went back to collect gift, Mr. Dave asked to his wife, if she can join him because he also wanted to surprise his wife to giving diamond necklace. On the way back to the venue snow started heavily and couple was getting scare, because they don’t want to get late in celebration, on the other side almost all the guest has arrived in party and inquiring about Mr. & Mrs. Dave. Some how both the son managed the situation. Oldest once was looking his sister with jealous nature. Suddenly the cops’ car came to the hotel and start inquiring about Mr. Dave’s oldest son. He joined the cops and asked them what’s wrong. Cops have informed him, his parents met with an accident and they have taken to the hospital, he moved alone and asked his youngest brother to take care of situation. Reaching to the hospital the doctors has informed him that his parents have been died on the spot. The entire celebration now converted into sea of sadness. The entire family member was shocked, only Anjali didn’t get & she was enjoying at the venue with kids.

Second earthquake in Anjali’s life:

After the death of the parents, Anjali’s oldest brother was managing the family, some how he was not agree with his parents’ decision but still he took the responsibility of Anjali. His wife always scolds to Anjali, and eager to find her mistake in house hold task. By the time passed the little jolly angle Anjali converted into intro ward person. And always try to find Dave Couple in old age people. She was not supposed to go out in weekend, she can not play with her friends, and lots of restriction has been ruled on her by the time pass. Day by day she was pushing her self into mental imbalance, Anjali almost crossed 14^th and she was entering in the teen age, by the birth she looks cute and always tries to help old age people. One day her uncle visited their home from London. Mr. Dalal came for some business meetings their & due to his closeness of her older brother, he stayed with them for 20 days. Initially 15 days passed quickly and Anjali was enjoying her Uncle’s company. Once again she started feeling that, she got her father. Who listened her, who cares about her, who supports her. But all the dreaming became vanished before Mr. Dalal leaves their home on the last night. That night Anjali’s brother and bhabhi went for function and suppose to come next day morning. There were only Anjali and her uncle at home, it was once again the month of January ending and were snowing heavily. She prepared dinner, and was finishing her home work. Her uncle was sitting in the drawing room and having drinks. Suddenly her uncle came to her room and asked her what she is doing. She responded quietly, her uncle was at door step and only watching her. She once again asked politely if they want anything let her know. Her uncle went down and once again started drinking, this time he came up with bottle of whisky in her room and asked her to get some food, as he is tired and wants to help her in study, innocent girl did what her uncle asked her to do. After that what happened she has never imagined that, her uncle has started molesting her, she tried to run away from there but could not able to get away and it was like one lion kills his own child and eats it. She has been raped thrice in that entire night. This incident drove her in major shock of the life, where she lost all the trust from every one.

Anjali’s brothers already ignoring and hating her, she tried to tell what happened with her to her bhabhi, but she has also refused and beats anjali like a street dog. Anjali almost was going through difficult time and that incident has forwarded her to take major suicide step. But till the time she almost lost all the courage with in her. Every day she started praying to god that gives her death because she won’t be able to end her life by her own self.

Gaining Trust once again:

After that encounter she almost lost her mental balance, she started spending her time alone, she stopped interacting with every one, after the collage she spent her time sitting on window and always thinking that why god has done all this things to her. Why god is giving so much pain to her, this thinking took her to stress, no one in the family ask her that does she had food or not, it was like having a family still she was living in the orphan home.

Some one has said that; time is the only one medicine which can help you to move out from pain, & it happened with her. She has spent almost six year in that situation. One day she met with guy Called Samarth, Samarth who was on student visa in US and perusing for his masters in university of Chicago, it was summer time and both met in university library, the smart handsome and coming from the very good family back ground. Initially Anjali didn’t responded him, Samarth thought it could be because of she looks beautiful and that’s y she is egoistic, but still there was some thing which Samarth has figured out in Anjali’s eye. He started inquiring about her and that helped him to understand that Anjali is not like other ABCD (American Born Confuse Desi) girl. Samarth tried to search exactly what’s going in her life but he was not able to find anything. One day he met with Anjali in shopping mall, where she came with her friend. After that Anjali’s friend become Samarth’s good friend. Her name was Samantha, she was living next door to Anjali. Sam told most of the things about Anjali expect the tragic encounter with her uncle. Day by day Samarth getting emotional about Anjali. He managed to meet her as much as can. Anjali also started feeling comfortable when ever she is with Samarth. This routine continued to around 1 and half year. On valentine Samarth proposed her and Anjali accepted Samarth’s proposal. Samarth approached Anjali’s family to get marry with her. Finally Anjali’s brothers agreed on that and finally Anjali started dreaming about her tremendous future, which leads her to the best happy person in the world. But destiny always wants something else. She never had long time in happiness.

3^rd earth quake in Anjali’s life:

Just after 5 months of marriage, she hospitalized. Doctor found that she has blood coating in her uterus, and need to go under surgery. It happened due to some old injury in the teen age. Doctors also diagnosed that if things will be all right then still the probability of giving birth would be very less. Before the marriage Anjali has told everything to Samarth. Samarth was that much capable enough to carry all the pain of her, but for every married girl has dreams that they feels being proud to be a mother. This time Anjali almost broke up, but Samarth gave her warmth and support from where anjali came out. Samarth supported her like anything; he always tried to spend as much as he can with Anjali. Once again life came up with the hardest pain for Anjali.

It was the January 28^th 2009, which was Anjali’s 25^th birthday. Samarth decided to give her surprise party. He was out of country for business conference and wants to give her surprise on her birthday at mid night of 24^th Jan. Anjali called up him on the late evening of 24^th and asked him, how was his conference. Samarth said it was very good and he will be back on 27^th morning. Anjali took a deep breath and pray to god for Samarth success and for their long future. She doesn’t have any idea that Samarth already came down to Chicago when she called up. It was quite good evening but the authorities has expected to heavy snow fall in couple of days. Samarth started driving to home and was dreaming about to give her surprise. He was on the time, it was just only 200 yards remaining to reach and suddenly one ford SUV made a sharp turn which hits Samarth’s car on driving side. Car took almost 10 times rolled down and hit at his home’s front gate, due to the hit and rolling noise Anjali woke up and went to her window. She saw the car and fascinated, she came down to the stairs and ran towards to main door. This journey was only 1 only min and she has prayed to god that, the car should not be his husband, when she opened the main door of her house and saw the car, she scared and shouted, the entire neighbor hood came out and saw the accident. Anjali was shocked and was not able to speak any single word. Paramedics came in 2 minutes but due to the rolling and hit badly on driver side, Samarth was dead already, Samarth was carrying diamond necklace for her sweet heart as birthday gift but the entire box was full with blood. Once again the history flashed back to Anjali and she went in unconscious condition.

Persistence - Leads to live

Hi friends,

I was trying to write this story long time back, but due to some busy stuff on personal front, was not able to write it.

Well it’s the incident which happened with me months back where I was going back from Mumbai to my home town. I met with one of my old friend in Ahmadabad who surprisingly came down here and told me just few days ago before he depart for US. We met and had wonderful time in coffee shop, discussed so many things on personal front, I am glad that I have the friend like him. Well it has nothing to relate with the story which I am suppose to tell you.

After spending couple of hour with my friend I started looking for the auto rickshaw. So I can reach to the station and catch the bus from my home town. Meanwhile I met with the guy his name was Baldev, Baldev runs the auto rickshaw in city called Ahmadabad. I hired him and started short journey for the station. I never knew that, this journey will show me our 21^st centaury’s life style, our better society, our belief towards to the human being, belief to the self respect & never die attitude. I was not aware that this short journey will convert in long once.

Baldev, who born in lower middle class family, did study till the 5^th standard from government school. Which also known as municipality school. Baldev’s father migrated to Ahmadabad before independence of India. He was the first child and has three brothers & five sisters. Due to inability of money he forced to drop his study and help his father to run their daily expanses. He started working in clothing mills, started throwing news paper in the morning. As much as work he has done to help his father, in the young age he started driving three wheel paddle rickshaw to earn money. This is now no where able to see in Ahmadabad as passenger transportation. Baldev got married at the age of 19 with Mangu. He started working 20 hours in a day so he can help his brothers and sisters to get study. His father died after one year of his marriage, as elder brother he took the entire responsibilities of the family. He gave his best effort to educate his brothers and sisters and settled them. His brothers want to start business in the city, so he provided enough founding to them. As a elder brother he gave his 10 years life to his brothers and sisters and provide them best satisfaction towards to their new life.

Baldev also has two sons and he knew for better life he has to provide better education to his sons. Once again he fall back in his early young age and start working for his next dream, which was to become a proud father. Some times his health was not supporting him still he never kept his attitude down. Baldev’s sons got best education. He sent his elder son to the USA for further study and younger once wanted to go in civil service, so he provided all the possible resources to his younger son. Now he was dreaming that, these are the last effort which he keeps doing, because after couple of years he will be move out from all the family related tension. Meanwhile both the son has done very well in their field and he started looking brides for his sons. But once again his destiny doesn’t want that. His elder son got married in USA and decided to settle down there. Some how Baldev got shocked, but he came out of it. Now his younger son also got married with the girl whom he met during his civil service final. His wife said whatever happens that has been written in their destiny. He shocked because once upon time their house was full of family member and now he lives with his wife only. Both sons called them to visit them but were not to keen say live with them. He & his wife visited couple of times but the behavior of their son was not like their own son. But they treated them as guest who visited the house on some special occasion.

This time Baldev got major heart attack and need to get operated, none of his son, his brothers & sisters turned up on time and his right leg got paralyzed. He move out from the hospital after one month and his both son provided nurse to help him and his wife. That entire incident taught him, after some period even birds are also leaves their nest. Both of his sons were sending enough resources (not money), which can only help them to live life. Baldev was not educated but has that courage to live their life by own. Once again he started driving auto rickshaw in the city. He doesn’t entertain his sons. And lives compromised life with his wife at the age of 72.

While I reached the station, I asked him why he still running this rickshaw, he can apply for senior citizen help from the government. Baldev said, in he lives his entire life with self respect and wants to live with till the death. The journey fare came up around 70 buck, I gave him 100 and moved towards to station, Baldev shouted and ask me to collect change. I said don’t worry keep it with you. You know what was his answer? Baldev said: I lived my entire life with self respect & honesty. I am not eligible to keep this change. Please take it back. I took it back and salute that guy.

Final Note:

I am not sympathizing to Baldev, but I admire his attitude towards to self belief & honesty. I know there are so many old age people around us and they are not like Baldev but still if we can share warmth of feelings & love.

मुश्किलों से जो डर जाये वो जलीले खाल होते है, बदल दे वक़्त की रफ़्तार वो ख़ुदार होते है!

10 % से ज्यादा इन्क्रीमेंट नहीं, वो भी वेरिएबल पर सही... लाल सनेडा

HR और PM भरोसा दिलाये, और रिसेसन का बहाना बताये.

महेंगाई में भी शुरू किया काम, दिख गए सरे दाम... लाल सनेडा

रोज रोज की इस भीड़ भाड़ मैं, नहीं दिखते अब तो अपने.

पैसे के पीछे ऐसी दोड लगाई, की टूटे सारे सपने... लाल सनेडा

रिटायर्मेंट की बरी जब आई, PF ने फिर उम्मीद जगाई.

की सिकंदर जैसा होगा हमारा नूर, और करेंगे हम वर्ल्डटूर... लाल सनेडा

Sparsh - Ocean of Love

Hello Friends,

Now once again I am trying to write something for you. Hope all of you would like it. This story contains two characters how they fall in love and how their life turned.

Story starts in end of 90's, when Y2K was creating problems for all the software biggies in the world. In same time one love story has just sparked in Sparsh's life. Now all you r curious about who the hell is this Sparsh. So let me tell you about him.

About Sparsh:

Sparsh is the person who has the same characteristic like his name. Jolly, always believe in positive energy, every day he enjoys with full of joy. By profession he is software engineer and only he knew how he has completed it. But some how he was able to got a job in Software Company. Not as programmer or developer but as marketing professional. By the status he was single and enjoying his bachelor life with his friends. In his close friends circle he also known as good poet & Mimicry artist. His boss was also use to tell him that you r in wrong field and you should have try for entertainment industry, same time Sparsh’s use response with laugh and saying that passion never earns single penny to retain our daily life style. Well what every Sparsh use to say, it was his practical thinking towards to life. No one knows that his ability will get him best love in his life.

Now every company hires the fresher & interns after their graduation or for such kind of projects. Same business policy was in the Sparsh' company. That time they hired one girl called Aditi as intern in marketing department. The girl has all the characteristics, behavior, and nature as her name. As per the Sparsh one of the cutest girl on entire organization. In day to day routine boss of the department asked Sparsh to train the Aditi?

About Aditi:

Aditi was sweet and cute like her name. She was belongs to small city of India. Where her entire childhood she has spent with love, happiness, politeness. She was only chilled in her family, so you can imagine how her childhood had spent. After completion of graduation she was little bit curious about her new professional life. She came to the city with so many dreams and after joining the company she felt that all her dreams are started to full feeling it. But like always god wants something different from us.

Affection vs Reality:

Sparsh has one fundamental thought that he always keeps some distance from his female co-worker of in his company. Initially he hesitates to train Aditi but after some induction process and understanding her nature, they had developed very good bonding between them. This converted in very good friendship. Sparsh has always kept some little distance from Aditi, because he doesn't want to involve any emotional attachment. While Aditi was like cute baby girl who always share her talks with him. She always asks to Sparsh about his family and his background but every time Sparsh try to divert that topic. Initially when she joined, she started getting proposal from other office male employees, who wants to date with her. But she usually come to Sparsh and tells him about what kind of talks she got and who has proposed her. After spending several months in the company their friendship became stronger & stronger day by day.

Spark of Love:

Suddenly company has organized one departmental trip for 3 days and 2 nights outing in resort. That was the first time where The SpArk of love ignited between them. Those 3 days, 2 nights stay has realized them they are not only friends but more then it. After coming back from the trip next Friday evening Sparsh has invited Aditi for candle night dinner. He took her to city’s one of the best restaurant where Sparsh has proposed her. He was confident that he will get answer of yes but Aditi didn’t give him answer and she ran away from the restaurant. The guy got shocked and felt that he has made mistake. The best friendship has screwed, Sparsh tried to reach her in weekend but her cell phone was switched off, he also tried to visit he place but she was out of the town from the Friday. The entire week she didn’t come to office and Sparsh’s boss was asking to him where she is? Sparsh was in the position where he can not elaborate anything. Next week she came to office and tried to make distance from the Sparsh. The ignited spark of love has been vanished and Sparsh in that position where his mind got shut down. He was not able to concentrate on his work, he was not able to talk freely, and every day was like hell for him. He got frustrated day by day. Initially Aditi also applied for departmental transfer. And her application has been approved; now all the hope to talk to Aditi has been screwed. After spending one month hell life Sparsh decided to take vacation and visit his home town so he can get some refreshment. Coming back from the home town he found that Aditi has left the company, it was one more shock for him. Now he started feeling that because of some stupidity he has screwed the best friendship. After 3 days coming back from the home town one day morning he got a call from Aditi’s cell phone. He was little bit curious and shocked also, he picked up the call and he got shocked.

Whatever the time Aditi has spent in the organization she always has enjoyed it. Even she also liked Sparsh and some bits of her heart she also started loving him. She was caring about Sparsh, was always trying Sparsh should be in happy mood. Last night of the trip this incident happened with her. All the people in the company knew that sparsh and Aditi has very good bonding between them, but as like filmy style there is some part in life which screwed person’s life. On the last night after spending quality time with sparsh she was on the way to her room, when she entered in her room she found that her room mate was not there and entire room was stinking from alcohol and has some weird smell. She was on the way to open window and suddenly she got bad hit on her back side. She felt down and started feeling unconscious. In the morning when she woke up she found someone has given her injection to her but it was not clear, she thought must be mosquitoes has bite her and it was same like that. Now she started feeling very unconscious. On the way she started feeling fever, cough, & cold. She was feeling that due to weather change it must be happened. After spending couple of days in the office her condition was the same. Some how the Wednesday before candle night dinner once, she went to the hospital for check up. She briefed everything to doctor and shown the mosquitoes bite on her body. Doctor has advised her medical checkups. Meanwhile she started suffering by blood coating in the body. Friday evening she got her report which was really shocking. Report said that she has HIV+, it was not mosquitoes bite but some body has injected the HIV+ blood in her body and the blood has last stage of HIV+. It was really shocking for her and she didn’t know what to do in that case. She has never done something bad in her life but still it was like hell for her. On that same Friday Sparsh has proposed her. She got very confused what should answer him. She also loved him, she has started dreaming about Sparsh from the trip, but now one by one her every dream started vanished. Aditi was in the position where she can not discuss this matter with any one. Nobody will trust her that she got HIV+ like this. Disappointment, frustration, less days of life, was killing her on every minute. She started create distance from every one. Took off from the office and went under heavy treatment which was her last hope. But didn’t got success in that. After coming treatment she has requested for department change, so she could not have to face Sparsh. But her days were less and she resigned from the company. she didn’t even informed about this HIV+ to her parents, her parents was in impression that she is fine and fit and enjoying her professional life. Finally she has given up her life rather suffering more; she committed suicide and ended her life with leaving one short note on the name of Sparsh & her parents.

Phone call & Short Note:

Sparsh was just waked up and he got call from the local police station. The officer has asked him to visit Municipal hospital because Aditi has faced accident. He got shocked and rushed for the hospital, on the way of driving he got so many questions about does she injured? Does she alright? Even he started praying to god that Aditi should not get more injuries. When he reached to the hospital he saw couple of his office friends there, also aditi’s room mate were there. All were in sad face, he started asking every one what happened to Aditi and how she is now? No one has responded to him. Police officer came closer to him and gave him one note which has written by aditi.

Aditi has written only one note which was like below:

Dear Sparsh,

I know you must be disappointed and in the very difficult position where you thinks that why I have not given you the answer. Don’t take me wrong dear I am suffering by HIV+ and I have very less time for living. I don’t want ruin your life and I don’t want to disappoint you that’s why I have not said anything to you. Sparsh I also love you from bottom of my heart and always wanted to be with you. I have seen the so many dreams where we have created out wonderful and lovely future. But god doesn’t want us to be together. Sparsh I can sustain by this pain but I can not tolerate this community’s word. I have not even informed to my parents about my HIV+. I can not explain how I got this but Dr. Sinha would tell you about that. Giving up my life is only my decision; nobody has influenced it for me. Please forgive me for that and make sure you will be happy like before. I will always watch your smiling face from the sky.

Final call

Sparsh started crying like anything, and the entire atmosphere of the hospital was sad. Even police officer got emotional, Aditi’s parents came to the hospital and they also shocked. Funeral of Aditi’s done, every one from her office was shocking for quite few days. Police declared her death as attempting to murder and start investigation of who has given her injection. Cops tried and search every angle of the case but they didn’t have any success in that. Now the case is under so many dusts and that mysterious person still unknown.

Finally every one went back in the normal life. Sparsh asked Aditi’s parents to stay with him only but they said beta we can’t stay with you. But they give him promise to visit him on periodic time. Sparsh has only mother so her mom has also accepted the situation & lives with him. Today, Sparsh has started his life normally and still loving Aditi like older time. He is smiling and tries to be jolly because Aditi asked promise to him. Sparsh has also started one NGO who helps the HIV+ patient. Today Sparsh is in early old age but still single and owned his big marketing consulting firm with Software Company. Also started the hospital where he gives free treatment to community. But still some where in the corner of his heart, he has pain why and who was that person who has did that. Still he didn’t have the answer.

After such a long time i m planning to write something. Its more on my own experience which i gain in one last year in mumbai.

I came to mumbai on 28th September 2009 and joined one supply chain management company. Before that i have never got that much chance to zoom in this city, came here only few times. Initially when i came down on that time i heard so much rumors about Mumbai, whoever known me very well they said me. dost your life gonna be hell now, couple of friends said its good time for adventure, some friends said you will learn so much things in mumbai, I left ahmedabad with Mix emotions of happiness and sad. i was happy caz i felt that i m fed up in ahmedabad and sad because i was leaving my huge friend circle.

Now Mumbai what i should say about this city, Here you find Mumbai never sleep, Most of the time i have seen the night life of mumbai. initially when i came, was little bit scared and for over come that fear, on first weekend i went back to ahmedabad to visit my old guns. Normally weekdays passed pretty fast over here but weekend was always scaring for me. on second weekend went to zoom in mumbai's street alone and that experience has helped me to come out from the fear of this city. Then after every weekend was great and enjoying. I have met people over here like loving, caring, arrogant, egotistic, back stabber, motivated,struggling for their identity.

I found that over here most of the people has killed their dream in this city, They come with some objective in their life but after start struggling in this city they always forgot their main objective. If i am not wrong then every day almost 50000 people come in this city from different sates of india. You will get food easily over here but you wont get accommodation easily, this is fundamental concepts of this city and personally i have experienced over here. One most important thing of this city is, over here nobody cares about you, even people don't believe in religion over here. Caz their hectic life style and fast life doesn't give them single chance to think about it.

I have seen and implemented the concept of mumbaikar. which is every day is your last day of you life and live it as king. Seen the people who doesn't got love from the child hood, their entire child hood has been ruined, every day they use to get abuse. but still they have never give up their life living objective. Seen the people who works more then 18 hours a day and earning here because there is no employments opportunity in their home town and can feed their family who based out of their own home town. if you believe in Juggad, everything would be done here, In terms of Professionalism you can find mix culture over here. The most enjoying time in this city on Lord Ganesh Festival.

If you are crazy about films and entertainment industry and believe that you can get chance easily then you are wrong. Here there is only one fundamental concepts, its Give and Take. You will find most of the people who influence as they are some big shots of Entertainment industry in drunken condition. In most of the bars after getting drunk people feels that they are king of this city and it ends with full of entertainment for you. Mumbaikar doesn't care about TV stars, Film Stars, and honestly I also got that kind feeling that we should not create any hypothetical image of those celebrity, caz after all they are also human being.

There is old time quote of this city Mumbai's Money never go out. This city keeps the money inside it self. and now I am strongly believe in that for eg. Ambanie's Godrej, Bachan, etc. so finally enjoy here, live here, and learn here.
